What does Crown Ridge Group NOT do?
Crown Ridge Group does not perform full-cycle Workday implementations. Damien is an advisor and embedded advocate, not an implementor. He works alongside your implementation partner to guide strategy, protect your priorities, and ensure the system is configured to match how your organization actually works — but the technical delivery stays with your chosen SI partner.
How do we start an engagement with CRG?
Start by reaching out through our contact form. We’ll schedule an introductory call to learn about your Workday environment, your current challenges, and your goals. From there, Damien will recommend an engagement approach that fits your situation and timeline.
What makes CRG different from other Workday consultants?
Most Workday consultants are either strategists or technicians. Damien is both — and operates as your advocate rather than as a vendor. He brings no incentive to upsell platforms, tools, or services. His goal is your outcome, not a statement of work.
How are your engagements structured and priced?
We offer three engagement models: Assessment (scoped diagnostic), Project-Based (defined deliverables), and Embedded Support (ongoing retainer). Scope and pricing are determined after an initial consultation.
Do you work with organizations outside the U.S.?
Crown Ridge Group is based in Charlotte, NC and works with clients across the United States. Remote and hybrid engagements are available. If you’re evaluating Workday or working through a Workday initiative, reach out — location is rarely a barrier.
